2019 Performance Pay

We have been advised that 20.6% of the PPSC population received "Exceeds" ratings and that the percentages will remain the same as last year for those already at the top of the range. This means 4.3% for "Meets" and 6.5% for "Exceeds".

All others not at the top of the scale simply move up the lockstep on their anniversary date. The percentage increases between lock-steps are 4.7%.

PPSC has indicated that they have fully completed this exercise by May 10th 2019.

As well, DOJ has advised that 76.0% of members received "Fully Meets" rating and  20.0%received "Exceeds" rating this year. The percentages this year are 4.05% for "Fully Meets" and 6.25% for "Exceeds".

DOJ has completed 99% of this exercise by the May 10th 2019 deadline.
