Bargaining Update 18: First “Binding Conciliation” session October 16 completed as scheduled

Our first “Binding Conciliation” session was completed yesterday. We are under an undertaking of confidentiality and thus cannot share any information at this point other than to say that it was a “med-arb” session involving the conciliation panel.

Our second session is scheduled to take place on October 25th 2017 and is expected to be a conventional arbitration hearing with both sides presenting arguments and asking the panel to make a binding ruling on the issues. Subject to the above mentioned restrictions, we will obviously keep you informed of any developments.
