The AJC offers members a variety of representation services ranging from general advice on a variety of labour relations topics to grievance representation.
This section contains essential information, which pertains to representation services offered by the AJC, as well as other recourses administered by other organizations (Public Services Staffing Tribunal, Canadian Human Rights Commission, Office of the Commissioner of Official Languages, National Joint Council, etc.).
AJC members have access to the Intake Form, which needs to be completed when requesting assistance from the AJC. This section also includes AJC Policy Governing Representation Services on topics relating to health and safety, workforce adjustment, duty to accommodate, job content, and other grounds.
