Bargaining Update: Notice to Bargain has been filed

On Friday (December 1st, 2023) the AJC Negotiations Committee (NC) filed the Notice to Bargain with the Employer. We can also confirm that the NC will be meeting with the Employer next week, on December 5th and 6th, to formally begin collective bargaining. 

 

We hope to have a tentative agreement for the ratification of the membership prior to the end of the first quarter of 2024. At that time, the AJC will be able to present the membership with the full offer.
