Update on Retro Pay

In response to our November 19th update on pay errors and retro performance pay, PSPC has reported back to us on the progress made. They have confirmed that all efforts are being made to process retro cases before the end of this month.
Please note that retirees or former employees should contact the Client Contact Centre for all matters relating to revisions. The Centre can answer questions specific to retroactive payments, and provide pay stubs either electronically or by mail.
For those not currently paid through Phoenix (Non-Pay Centre employees), we still await confirmation of whether compensation advisors responsible for processing pay for these departments have duly processed retroactive pay as it relates to performance pay.
