AJC Pay Implementation Calculator

We are pleased to introduce the official AJC Pay Implementation Calculator, an updated tool designed to help you estimate your salary and retroactive payment under the terms of our new Collective Agreement. A special thank you to those members, who, while this updated official calculator was being worked on, came forward to help each other with salary and retroactive calculations and calculators. Members helping members is what makes us strong.

The Calculator is a convenient reference tool to provide members with a better understanding of their expected payments, and to act as an estimator for reviewing payments already received. Please note, however, that it may not precisely reflect the amount calculated by the Pay Centre.

We encourage members to use the Calculator as a guide while keeping the below disclaimer in mind. Should you have questions or concerns about your pay implementation, please do not hesitate to reach out to contact us.
