Update on Pay Implementation

Dear AJC Members,

We are writing to provide an update on the progress of pay implementation. As of February 12, 2025, the Treasury Board has advised that:

•  Out of 3,629 accounts, 3,295 or 90% of LP classified employees have moved to the new pay grid, received their salary increase, and received retro related to the new rate in the collective agreement.
• For these accounts, reviews will be completed and there may be more manual work required before they may be considered “complete”.
• 1,592 accounts are considered "complete"

We continue to monitor the implementation process closely and will provide further updates as they become available.
