AJC Secures Payment of Law Society Dues by the Employer

We are pleased to announce a significant victory for AJC members. Our collective efforts, including the filing of a policy grievance, have led to the successful resumption of bulk payments for Law Society dues by PPSC and Justice. Effective immediately, the Employer will revert to the practice of paying membership fees paid directly to the applicable law societies on behalf of members.

This outcome underscores what we can accomplish together when we take collective action. This is a practical and fair solution that eliminates unnecessary financial strain. Together, we have ensured a return to a practice that minimizes impacts on your time, finances, and professional obligations.
