Bargaining Update #4

Dear AJC members,

As you know, on February 8th 2019 the AJC met with the Employer for the second bargaining session.

We can report that we are slowly making our way through all the proposals.  

The Employer has begun to provide responses to our demands and explain some of their proposals.  We are hopeful to be able to complete that review at the next bargaining session on March 26th to 28th 2019 and to get into more detailed discussion which will accelerate the forward movement.

The AJC provided the Employer with feedback on their draft statement of scope of work in regards to the Joint Pay Study proposal on January 29th and we expect the dialogue to continue in the coming days.
