The judicial review of the decision by the Binding Conciliation Board

The judicial review of the decision by the Binding Conciliation Board we filed in October last year, proceeded yesterday morning. The proceedings were limited to the employer's motion challenging jurisdiction of the court. You can read the AJC factum here. Our capable counsel argued in front of the Honourable Mr. Justice Kershman, who reserved his decision.  As soon as we have a result we will provide an update.
